Packing
Double-wall recycled board, paper tape and corner blocks. No plastic filler and no separate invoice — the delivery note is printed on the reverse of the packing slip.

Delivery and returns
Parcels leave the studio Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 go out the same day, everything else the next working day.

Breakages
Send a photo within 14 days and we post a replacement from stock. We do not ask you to return the broken piece unless it is a one-off second.
Returns
Thirty days, no questions
Unused pieces can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is £4.20 for UK addresses and deducted from the refund; faulty items are collected at our cost.
Seconds are marked as such on the product card and can be returned like anything else. Made-to-order textiles — the long runners and the wide throws — are the only exception, and that is stated at checkout.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within three working days of the parcel reaching the studio.
